You can buy our products from our shop wherever you are. Products are shipped to all countries of the world.
Shipping costs depend on the number of ordered products and the selected shipping company.
The waiting time for the order is the sum of the time needed to complete the order and the time needed to deliver to the address. Orders placed before 13:00(CEST) will be sent on the same day, except weekends and holidays.
Stock information is updated on a regular basis. Sometimes there are situations where the popularity of the product has passed our expectations. As a result, we are unable to send your order within the time limit specified by us. All delays are reported by email.
The status of the realization is visible after logging in to the shop at www.hempking.eu. We also provide status information via phone, e-mail and private message on our fanpage on Facebook.
Changes to the order
Yes. Until the order is sent, you can make changes to it, ex. add another product to the order or replace the existing ones. In that case, please call us.

The product with the receipt and the sending-back form must be returned to our company within 14 business days.
A properly filed returning form should include:
name, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
the date of buying on which the return is based,
the reason of the return, indicating the buyer’s request,
fulfill any circumstances justifying the retun.
In case of getting damaged product – please add photo of damage.
The term of return is 14 days from the date of receive the item, and it is sufficient to send a statement before expiration.
